Amit is an entrepreneur by heart and a corporate trainer by profession. After his Engineering from Pune he went to do his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Systems. He also holds diplomas in Logistics and Software Programming;
He is a competent trainer with over 12 years of experience; and has served corporate assignments for LIC, SMC, ICICI, NIIT, TATA, Mahindra BT, Oswal, Indian Army, HCL, Reliance Retail, Shoppers Stop, Reebok, Archies, and several other large and medium-sized companies. He is a guest faculty and shares knowledge with the managers of future at IIPM.
Amit is serving as the training director for TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance. Besides being a member of organizations like DMA, NHRD he is also serving as the Treasurer for Vikalp, an NGO dedicated to promotion of education. Amit has authored books on Selling, Retail Store Management and Soft Skills. Amit and his organization’s activities have been written about in prestigious newspapers.

He finished his education with scholarships in school and a university rank during his B.Com (H). Alongside he did his training with PriceWaterHouse Cooper and became a first attempt CA in 2003. Then he handled a few M&A projects at Ernst & Young, Dubai. Later while working with GE in US, at the age of 24 years, he handled effectively the merger of IONICS with GE in Boston.
On returning, he joined ICICI Bank in corporate & SME Banking division. He has wide experience as North Regional Head in Currency Derivatives and Advisory team under Global Markets Group of the Bank.
To pursue his passion he conducts Corporate Trainings for LIC, INTEX, Oswal, etc as the Chief Trainer for Finance Center of Excellence in TKWs. He also holds the position of All India Academics Dean with the group’s Institute of Banking and conducts satellite based course in Derivatives & Currency Trading conducted with Hughes Fusion.

Prior to his current assignment, he has held senior positions in DCM and Escorts. His work experience of thirty years includes 10 years in corporate and twenty years in consulting.
His client organisations range from Indian Oil and Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (IAS Academy), Mussoorie to World Health Organisation (WHO).
He has presented papers and chaired sessions in International Conferences apart from conducting learning & development programs internationally.

Dr GS Chhatwal

Chhatwal has been a silver medallist from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He has 30 years of Banking experience in nationalised banks at managerial and officer levels. He has been a consultant with HDFC Bank, Gurgaon and with Regional Processing Center of ICICI Bank.
He has also written a book on Financing or Agriculture, which is referred in over 800 branches of different banks. His research thesis during his PHD was on farmer credits and agricultural financing, which was also published by Haryana Journal of Horticultural Sciences.
He has 11 years of teaching experience in banking industry and management institutes. He has delivered trainings at National Institute of Banking Studies, Punjab National Bank Staff Training College, Punjab & Sind Bank Staff Training College, State Bank of Patiala, etc.

Prof SK Bhattacharya

Prof Bhattacharya, has a rich experience of 40 years of which half has been in banking and the other half has been in teaching. By qualification he is an MCom as well as a Chartered Accountant.
He has served the banking industry at levels of GM and above for United Industrial Bank, Kolkata and later Industrial Finance Corporation of India.
For 12 years before retiring, he was serving as the Dean, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. His teaching experience includes leading institutions like IIM Lucknow, FMS – Delhi University, Indian Institute of Finance, Apar Institute of Management, Netaji Subhash Institute of Management Studies, etc.
